Party like it's your birthday

And so I plan on spending this day. I am 32 today! And still, I don't have a crisis about my age. I didn't get that when I turned 30 and I don't plan on starting now.

I received some packages in the mail and I was very good about waiting until today to open them. So, my morning started with a cup of coffee and these:

I don't actually celebrate my birthdays very often, so the title is a bit misleading. But I do plan on getting a long overdue haircut today. That'll be my present for myself. I get to go see my favourite stylist Dan (he's the only person I trust to fix my hair) and perhaps I'll also walk around downtown. I do need a pair of shoes (shocker! But I actually need a pair that lighter than winter boots but that I can wear while there's still some remnants of snow on the ground).

Today's also supposed to be the warmest day of the year so far, so I'm quite happy to just walk around town, enjoying the nice day. Perhaps I'll even wear a lighter coat... Yeah, I know! I'm quite wild and crazy!
